"Maestro" - a line of Georgian natural grape sparkling wines made according to the classical method of secondary fermentation of wine in sealed pressure tanks. Grapes for making wines "Maestro" is grown in the vicinity of the historical monastery of Alaverdi near the villages of Odgio and Khodasheni (Kakheti). The blend of the wine "Maestro" Brut includes selected grapes of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties, collected manually from vines of 20 years of age. After the secondary fermentation, the wine is aged for several months. Brut has a delicate fruity aroma and a memorable, well-balanced, fresh taste. It is recommended to serve strongly chilled (at a temperature of 2-6 ° C). In the heart of Kakheti is the Alazani Valley, where the Badagoni Winery is located , a Georgian-Italian company whose history began in 2006. Annually the winery produces 3 million bottles of Georgian wine, not just wine, but a sacred drink that incorporates all the best winemaking traditions, but at the same time produced at the best modern equipment. This allowed Bagadini wines to enter the European market. In the Badagoni farm, the grapes are collected manually in small boxes, after which the berries are separated from the crests and the juice is squeezed out. Grapes knead so that the berries let the juice, but the bone remained intact. Badagoni is the only Georgian plant with ISO quality certificate.
